Season for Nonviolence Day 2 ~ SMILING

SNV Day 2 of 64- SMILING

Yes, the simple act of smiling is a peace practice. First of all, personal peace. I smile during meditation. It opens my heart. Secondly, I smile as I go about the house and I smile at myself in the mirror. Next, when you are in conflict with someone, especially someone you know well, smiling can bring down the temperature and indicate good will, start the peace process. Smiling at strangers is a gift straight from your hearty to theirs and increases the peace on the planet. So, SMILE, you’re on candid Universal camera! Peace and Blessings and SMILES, Gerry ‪#‎WUVIP‬
