Season For Nonviolence Day 36 ~ MINDFULNESS

Mindfully, with an open heart, let us remain “present” to all of our emotions and experiences in this now moment, loving them, watching as they pass by.  Mindfully, with kindly self-compassion and a SMILE, let us just be happy to be aware that we are aware.
I really like this one from last year too.  There is a flavor of loving-kindness, compassion to mindfulness.  It is not just that you are paying attention, but that you are paying attention to your experience through your open heart.
