Self Love Affirmation

1.Place your hands on your heart center.
2. Breathe deeply for 60 seconds.
3. Smile gently – a Mona Lisa smile
4. Repeat to yourself, “I love myself exactly as I am, a work in loving progress.”

When your monkeychatter begins about all your errors of judgment, failings and  flaws, tell it to “shut up.”  Every human has failings and flaws, we are ALL a work in progress or we wouldn’t still be here.

Until you can activate your heart center and Love yourself, no love from outside of you will ever be enough.
